Return Process

  Contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your items in their original designer packaging and protective wrapping to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

  Arrange Collection

  Depending on the item size, we will either provide a pre-paid courier label or coordinate a specialized furniture collection team for larger pieces.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
